Description
During the World Economic Forum demonstration (Feb. 2, 2002) there were, reportedly 4000 police officers (uniformed), tasked with keeping order. New York City was determined to prevent another Seattle. An unknown number of undercover police mingled with the crowd. They all wore green ski hats, as if nobody would notice. Here is at least a couple observing the crowd from their lofty perch. |
